Delete your iknowpc account
You can delete your account for the iknowpc app at any time, from the app or from this page.
In the app
Open Profile › Delete account. Customers using the portal open Account › Delete account. Confirm, and you are signed out right away.
What is deleted
Your account and its personal data: your name, email address, mobile number, password, sign-in sessions, registered devices and notification tokens. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. We email you to confirm the request.
What is kept
Business records a company is required to keep, such as invoices, tax records and timesheets, stay with that company after your account is deleted. Crash reports are removed automatically after 30 days.
